I'm so disappointed as this was meant to be glitch free 2.4GHz super machine.
Anyway... I asked tech support if this is normal. After few emails back&forth I got this:
"I am sorry that you have had a problem with one of our systems. Please
ship your transmitter and receiver to:

3002 N Apollo Dr Suite 1
Champaign IL 61822

with a detailed letter describing the problem and include a copy of
your receipt from purchase. Our staff will inspect your system and will
notify you regarding their findings. If it is found to be a warranty
defect, the system will be repaired or replaced at our option at no cost
to you. If it is not a failure covered under warranty, you will be
notified of your options for return, repair or replacement. Thank you
for your patience and, of course, your business."
