I did not do the shims in the diff like the add. said. It was way too tight. I shimmed FR/RR to be no backlash but no binding.

RAN the car for the first time at the track and here are my initial observations. (compared to my Mugen MBX6E)

Pros:
-Smooth shocks that handled a rutty track very well.
-The kick up on the chassis was noticeably better on jumps especially when landing a jump a tad short/ on the apex of the jump landing. My Mugen used to ricochet violently up if I came a few inches short of back siding a landing. The kick up on this chassis made those mistakes vanish like magic.
-I could carry more speed in turns
-When I did crash I had a knack for always landing on my wheels. 9/10 crashes magically ended up on my wheels where on my Mugen it was a 50/50 thing.

Cons:
-Default setting had the rear end sliding out
-Center diff might have been tad too low as my front wheels flared up/unloaded on any acceleration above 50% throttle. (did stock 5/5/3. May try 5/7/3 then 5/7/5
-Rear shocks felt stiffer than front. This could have contributed rear sliding out.

I'll try changing to slightly heavier front shocks and lighter rear shocks springs. And after that I may try a softer Anti-Roll bar in rear to get more roll and traction.

What do you guys thing? What are your observations of your 811e at the track?
