Putting the CGM kit together at last..quick shimming question...
Should I shim to have a tiny bit of backlash with one on the outside and 1 behind the crown gear...Or two behind the crown which is still smooth but has no backlash and wont freely spin when I flick the diff out drive?
Hope all that makes sense cheers in advance.
Never had any car thats required or mentioned anything about shimming in the instructions before hence the need to ask.
