Does the Corrally use rubber tires? Or just pan foams? I think we re making this harder than it needs to be. Just start racing, see what works, keep it fun. If some knucklehead needs to get a $400 chassis to compete, let him. And laugh. Over spec-ing the class before it even gets goin kills it faster than anything. Come up with what works for your area.
