When you change the height of the wheel axle and adjust the rideheight again with the spring collar the suspension arms will get another zero point angle setting a different rollcenter. Some guys over here are just saying you change it to set the ride height of the chassis with smalle qualification tires and larger final tires without touching the spring collar and so not changing the zero point of the suspension.
