Put the wheel nut between them and press it in a vise.
This comes out really nice and looks better than using a dremel.
Wow! These came out great. I'll have to try this technique some time.
I've been cutting grooves throughout the lock nut in varying directions and have not lost a wheel since doing this 4 years ago.
