shouldn't be too hard to piece together a balldiff,
most parts are common bits except for diff outdrives

eIII outdrives
eIII balldiff gear
2x 850 BBs
M2x25 diff screw & nut (u can even use yokomo or 3Racing parts)
thrust bearing ( "" )
spring
diff rings... i think they're F201
3mm balls (not needed for spool)

Cut some cardboard same size as diffrings for spacer between diffrings & the gear.

if u can, buy the BLACK outdrives (from TBeIII) which are
cheaper & less brittle than the white TBeIIISE ones

avoid buying TB02 diff outdrives unless you have really no alternative,
the eIII parts were unable to find few yrs back but have since reappeared

Spool mod here if you need http://melbrc.org/vB/showthread.php?t=4376
thanks.. that link is awesome.. exactly what i needed... think i am going to build a spool and also try to get another balldiff to run in the front... see what i like better...
