I must say Michael Schumacher had a fantastic action some years ago. 3 laps before the end he did get a stop and go and by the rules must do that within 3 laps. In the final lap he did enter the pits where he finished the race and after the finish line he did his stop and go just right on time.
The FIA needed some time to figure this out if it was legal

Or do you refuel and get the stop and go at the next lap??
Nope, like Wingracer said. You have to pit, then do the stop and go on a different lap.
