I have the following used transmitters forsale:

Futaba 3PM used but comes with the box, instructions and the R133F receiver that was originally included. Asking $25 shipped.

Spektrum DX3S used but comes with the box, instructions as well as a soft-case bag Asking $75 shipped

TRAXXAS 2.4GHz with receiver Asking $25 shipped

Shipping is only to the lower 48, AK and HI are extra.
