If anything, the bearings were moved further OUT on the T4 than the T/T2/T3 so that would not be the problem, and you'd see this problem with T4 wheels on T/T2/T3 trucks, not the problem we're seeing. ThunderbirdJunkie is still banking on an assembly problem.
