Besides the receiver being rather dusty (forgot to put in the silicone seal that goes with the wires), it works like a charm. It plugs rather snug into the receiver, and the ESc also plugs tightly onto the other side, ensuring an optimum electrical contact.
It's also cheap as hell (you can get a strip containing 20 of those pins at like 1.20$).
This kind of connector also works as a servo plug replacement. I use them in all my plane projects to build servo extensions
