sounds like your carb is a little out of whack

have you had an experienced novarossi tuner look at it for ya ?

if you are coming from OS engines the novarossi carb will throw you a little curveball , you actually have to tune them

all kidding aside though , if you are stilll having some issues afetr getting an xperienced novarossi tuner to dial it in there might be a little more to it than the engine


good base starting points for the needles are 4.25 turns from bottomed out on lsn (pull slide barrel out to do this) , 3.5 out from bottomed out on hsn and idle screw open 3/4 turn from just closed (pull insert out push on slide barrel , close idle screw until all airgap is "just" gone then reopen the desired amount)
