FIlling the crank can be done to a crankshaft that previously had filler from the factory which has deteriorated and fell out. Or on engines that never had the crankshaft filled as a performance improvement. Most cranks that did not come from htefactory filled will need to be drilled out first before they can be filled with the special silicone filler. This reduces weight and allows the adjustment of crankcase volume as well to allow a quicker revving engine.

I see. are the argus cracks filled? I have a stock one. it has around 2 gallons on it. I can't seem to get it below the 280-300 deg mark after a 7 to 15 run.
