further issues in cheating?

about organizers racing, i have experienced racing in the Tamiya Cup years ago, some organizers raced and everything was kept in proper order, they had a good organizing staff. today, we no longer need lots of people to facilitate the race. today, we only need few people because of the software developments for rc racing. of course, it is understood that races will be marshalls as well.
->about organizers cheating. ? why? cheating di ba sa hindi uso un sa Pilipinas since filipinos are credible people? why would you cheat at your local track? cheating is losing!


about car specs, just like the Tamiya Cup, organizers kept order through a part of the race called "inspection", lalu na sa winning cars. tsaka hindi naman tayo Tamiya Cup, meaning halos "open" lahat ng specs natin except for motor turn/displacement, tires, body, weight, and most productions(kits/parts) are already legal.
