Makes perfect sense, the lower C rating and higher capacity mean that you can run a low-turn motor to get the top end but its lower C rating means that under high amps it will have an effectively higher internal resistance, reducing inefficiency and not blasting the motor with juice at low RPM to conserve those milliamp hours. Its also would make the combo less punchy, as all low-turn mods can and will overpower these tiny land rockets we race at the bottom.
