Infinite12th, I understand your point, but it's the possibilities of improving control that the more expensive radios offer that make them attractive to racers trying to get an edge on the competition . Also, the opportunity to try all that's available out there is priceless !
The exponential stuff was never an variable for me in the past and it was never reason I had car problems so perhaps those features are for people who have a different driving style with extra settings/control for them
I just don't want to get glitched because some more expensive radio is owning the frequencies or has more powerful frequency output or something...lol
