A glow plug element would not have done that kind of damage, you have jack hammer marks on your rod.
You probably had a piece of metal get into one of the ports and it made it's way to the top of the piston on a up stroke. These engines make 35,000+ RPM, lots of things can go really bad in a short amount of time.
You have a hole down the side of the sleeve and piston, it will not make any compression. If it runs a little bit, it will not make any kind of power.
