Monty I bought a P5XLT last June or so, and i went on Novarossi web site and there is new exploded view of the engine as of 5-16-2011. All of the part #'s are the same even the breakdown of the carb. But the carb as a whole is a new number. It went from 24069 (old) to 24063 (new). I thought I had the new carb already, whats the difference
the difference in the carbs is the bodies , one has more metal and a 7.5mm opening in the bottom where the slide barrel hits and the other is all plastic on the outside with a 7mm opening
honestly you would never know the difference in running them unless someone told you you had a different part #
