1. try asking the two onroad tracks and two offroad tracks the number of REGULAR racers. include the tracks in Batangas, Cebu, Davao (?). Take the total and divide an assumed value for the yearly dues by the total number of regular (and hopefully willing to pay) racers. Then try asking the nearest racer you know if he's willing to pay that amount.

2. Since this is a national sanctioning body, the cebu racers should also be sanctioned. How many Manila racers are willing to go to Cebu, and how many Cebu and Davao racers are willing to fly to Manila on their own expense to join a 1 day race?


Okay, you asked for our opinions. Here's mine.
I think only few racers are ready for a sanctioning body. Sure, a national ranking is exciting but at the end of the day, the added expense would scare them away. This is hobby is expensive enough.
