why not include this dues to race track membership, through this, a driver represents his home track etc etc. just an idea.

yes, we need to plan for something good to eliminate the "nakakatamad" problems. maybe we can regularly change staff(circulate members) to help solve this. just an idea. wala bang management major jan?
