Download a free program called "Freecorder" from the net. Open "Freecorder Settings" and specify which folder you want downloads to go to. Then open "Freecorder History Tool" and play the video clip. Save the clip when it's finished playing, and then open "Freecorder Convert Tool" and convert the clip to a file format of your choice, e.g. mpg. The clip will be ready to use for use as you like as soon as it's converted.

There are other programs that will do the same available on the net, but this is an excellent easy to use program. Be aware though; the program sometimes doesn't work unless you use Internet Explorer when you play the clip that you want to download.
