For parts in Europe.
Vertical motormount is for much better acces to your pinions.
Go for the alloy spurgear adaptor and 19 teeth side pulleys.
This will free up your drive train a lot and gives you a IDR of 2
You want to run a 9T motor??
Start with a FDR of 8 and start running the car.
Temp the motor at about 2 minutes run time and see what temp the motor got.
If you want to eliminate any fade stay below 65 degrees.
If temp is above it go lower on the FDR if it is cooler go a bit higher.
It also depends on what kind of track you are running.
