I had issues with my spektrum receivers & cheapo servos
I put a capacitor on the receiver, it solved the issue.
The servos were putting alot of noise into the receivers (I used an oscilloscope to check this) The cap acted as a noise filter
Spektrum also sell a Receiver Capacitor . Easy enough to make.

I now have better brand servos (Futaba & Kopro), they dont need the cap on they receiver
If you have a high torque servo, it may be causing the voltage to drop on the receiver also
