I can not tell, all I know is that NR is continous changing timings but for some small changes it can be just some tolerances. From what I have seen with other models is that the cranktiming is changed in the crankcase while all the parts in the manual are the same. It is hard to tell.....

Does the new .12 PT and PT have the same black coating on the piston as the larger Flash .21 PT/PTS ?
That can make a huge difference between the 353 / Flash 3T compared with the Flash PT
