That's a prime example of the differences between European track designs and our US tracks which are more Super Cross style. Europe very few jumps, high speed and more flowing. US a lot of jumps, more technical and relatively low speed. Euro style tracks are perfect for our old B7-Pro engine, that thing just pulled for days! All that I can say is gear up, run your top at a race tune not rich as RPM will be important on this track, coldest plug that you can get away with (#6 or possible #7 if you can swing it), top end pipe design and just go for it. I'm not sure if run time is going to be a factor on a track like that as I highly doubt anyone will get 10 minutes on a tank so you might even want to look into possibly getting a rally game engine for the better mid and top it will have.
