for those running the clutch basket, did you hve any problems heating the cover to bend out? i cannot seem to get mine bending... resilient plastic much!? the top lip where the belt cover cup mounts is melting completely but still the cover isn't hot enough to bend...

I did not bend it. I just dremeled some from the inside until it clears, didn't need much
