I finished disassembling the sport to clean it up and check it out...I've rethought where I think the noise is coming from...I'd say from the left front outdrive hub...there was evidence of chipped hub there. The rear dogbones just dont look like it was the culprit.
Otherwise the model checked out well. Now I've got to finish re-assembling.
