your receiver is losing connection with your transmitter for sure. Just like when you turn your car on before your radio and it takes off like a rocket
remove your receiver but keep it connected to your ESC, put your car on something so the tires can spin free. Move your receiver and antenna as far away from your motor as possible. Turn on your radio then your car and walk away to test your range using your steering only (spinning your tires without a load is never a good idea). When you go out of range the car will have a SPAZ lol. If you can't get a decent range doing this than you probably have a receiver or transmitter problem. If this does work, than just mount the receiver as far away from the motor as you can.
It's probably the magnetic field created by the motor that's causing interference with your receiver.
