Go to this site http://www.rcproductdesigns.com/ , contact Dan. He made the replacement idler gears and a milled delrin front kick up. The kick up may be pricey because they were milled and not molded. Some of our drivers that had tested this part were very impressed with the benefits it brought to the cars and trucks that use it.

I am surprised that with the factory being directly involved with their product now and that their service was to be faster you can't find any.

Also we were not involved in any testing of the new Kevlar version they are promoting so we can't give you any feedback. But if this is a molded part but in a different material one thing to watch for will be the quality of the mold injection process which was part of the problem with the original kick ups as reported to us by a Ford machinist / engineer.
