This is way to broad. But it you want what you described I would say go get an Associated RC10 B44.1 or RC8Be and some good electronics. Either car will handle well and is capable of well over 50+ with the right set up.

BTW I know they are expensive, but you didnt say anything about $$$. This is how I would do it.
