The 12mm buggy front hex wheels are common with RB5. You can use the truck length axles but they are longer and might require a shim on the outside of the wheel if the nut doesn't tighten completely.

The Losi 22 didn't use a common front wheel with any other manufacturer. You can ask them why....I don't know.
