Default 2-Stage Shock Pistons...Anyone use them???

I was browsing on amain today and came across RPM's two stage shock pistons (http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...edium-Heavy-12), I know that two stage shock pistons have two different pistons with different holes. When compressing the shocks, oil flows through 4 holes, and when the shocks rebound, the oil flows through 6 holes. I'm guessing that through bumps and rough sections of the track, the wheels will have an easier time keeping power to the ground, providing better traction and quicker lap times. (In theroy) When landing a jump, the truck will rebound quicker resulting in not bouncing on the landing. Correct me if I'm wrong... So it appears that these pistons fit a varity of applications, and I have a Losi xxx-sct which should work because the shocks come off the xxx line of trucks. So could anyone chime in and give me some input on these pistons? They seem to be better than the single stage losi pistons with varying hole sizes. Thanks guys!
