I don't think he was really getting upset that YOU don't like their product. Personally, I won't buy any of their products because of the poor customer service I received when trying to order something directly from their website. I think where he was getting upset was your attitude and the way you basically called anyone who buys their product morons...

I agree that sometimes people pay too much attention to which sponsored racer won what with who's product... but there are better ways of putting it.


(My experience with JConcepts...order was about $250...so not a SMALL order...but not a HUGE one either... when selecting the shipping method, it gave me 2 options...one was $45, one was $90...when selecting the $45 option and going on to the next page, it changed it to the $90 option. When I brought it to JConcepts' attention, they replied to my first email, saying that they would look into it. 3 emails and a month later, their site was still doing the same thing. In fact, I just checked, and it is still doing the same thing as it was 6 months ago...it pains me to think how many people may have ordered from them and not realized that they are paying more for shipping than they selected...)
