4s LiPo packs are so perfect for starter boxes, get like a 20C 3000-5000mah pack, stick some velcro on it to hold it in, and it's just beyond easy to use.
I was reminded not so long ago why Pb batteries suck, pulling one out of a friends box to check it, dead flat, let him use my LiPo pack, but his old Pb was leaking (I thought it was nitro fuel), must have wiped my hand on my shorts at some stage, now I have holes in a near new pair of shorts...
