Well in my garage. My local hobby shop had the rod. The ends are from Kyosho shocks the 3mm threaded inserts I made on my lathe. The threaded ends I cut from a long bolt. Just regular junk we all have in our RC box.

I only had to drill one hole in the back. I don't use an under tray so I removed the front body mount and attached it there.

If you remove your belt cover and try to push your shock towers together you will see how much flex this chassis has and how lose the belt gets. AND is most likely part of the belt problems some of us have. Now there is almost zero front to back flex.

This is just my first test part. Ideally I would use AE shock ends.
