First, are you talking about the plastic castor block, or the metal knuckle?

If its the castor block, you can get new ones for like $5.00.

If its the metal knuckle, AE does offer aluminum ones. Here is a little hint for setting your bushings, we use it when the triangle gets rounded out. Flip the bushing so the flat, round side is toward the knuckle. Also, clean the threads out, and use threadlock for sure.

Definitely use the lower wing mount mod, its the best modification you can make to your RC8BE. The car jumps a million times flatter, and much more controllable in the air.
