Lem - I think you're exagerating your weight savings a little there.
To put it into perspective, my pro3 , with 3000 HV's, the HPI graphite chassis, a top deck, a three-piece motor mount, the ally spur mount and anti-roll bars, weighs in just under 1,500gms.
