I can see that the offset is off because the the front right wheel with a 0mm offset hub covers the two allen screws that hold the carrier hub to the a-arms where as the opposite side is not covering the screws. I also noticed that the dog done side of the axle sits further outside of the out drive cup, close to the edge.
Are you using different offset wheels for the front and rear? Maybe the wider offset rears were put on the right side of the car.
