I don't recall who he said made it, but it looks like a one of kind car that I saw at the Reedy ROC last month. Is that motor a Team BROOD motor? If so, then that's the same car... there may be 2 of those chassis out.
The guy that had lives in Calif. but use to hail from the Washington area. I think.
