Taz, I said the same thing. The photo was taken at 2004 ROAR Region 11 Electric On Road Championship.. Rose City.
When I looked at the car a little more, it looks like if you have a big front end impact, on either wheel, and you will be needing a new chassis.
Sure is sweet looking though.
