sounds kinda warm for an esc. usually id try gearing up, usually when esc is warmer then motor your undergeared, or just a few bad solder joints. if its not shinny its bad.

edit: another thing, last time i had some glitching issues i just opened up my spektrum rx, and blew it out with some canned air and it was all better lol.
