Try a 14T pinion with your current setup. I think that will help quite a bit.
ill give it a try wednesday night at practice before i do any motor swapping. one thing i noticed switching on the stand from 2s in my truck to 3s in my buddies losi is the amount of trigger pull i need to get moving 2s lots of pull 3s barely any pull
