Yeah, the cf chassis has done a lot for the handling. It'll mix it with t3's and tc6's on carpet. Need to work on the ashfault handling, might try with no roll bars all round.

If your running parking lot surfaces, I'd cut away under the diffs with a dremel. I had big problems with rocks eating my pulleys until I did it. I can post up pics if you need.

The alloy bits have also helped with maintenance, much faster and easier to pull apart and re-build. I've also done a hex conversion using hpi screws. I have a list of the sizes needed if you like.

I'm trying to refrain from spending money on the car for now. The alloy/cf/hex/titanium conversions cost me about $400 so far. I'll wait till next year and pick up a new chassis for racing stock. Mainly because I want to run a rear gear diff. Unless I can figure out a way to convert the mi1. Perhaps a mi4 gear diff (if you can get one?) and mod the layshaft to take 2 pulleys, and change the front belt.... Hmmm.
