I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it... I got one of these over the weekend from a HK shop and there is good reason why it is so cheap.
The structure looks different to most normal chassis. This is quote obvious where material is removed in cross section (ie motor cutout, countersinks). It's hard to tell but I'm pretty certain not all of it is carbon fiber...
So I would approach this chassis with caution. Especially if your expectation is for a chassis that is 100% carbon.
