Dasmopar, 1.1mm on the spring is a lot of tension, if you like running that much reduce the end play to say point 0.3-0.4mm on the end play and keep your eye on the spring, i use to run that on mugen and i noticed that the spring use to distort and tweak and the spring wound loose its tension, and i had also notice during long finals the clutch would go soft from the spring over heating from that much tension.
Try the mugen ultra hard grey spring if you can't get the black hard xray spring and try running less tension on the spring and more end play, that is where the snap comes from the clutch, its all in the end play.

Thank you!! I will give that a try tomorrow while we are testing. I have noticed my clutch is almost to crazy to handle on the first few laps then gets softer and softer as the run goes on. We got our order from RC America today and I hear there are some clutch springs in there.
