When I had my Fluz HP I would wrap the center chassis and tvps with ceran wrap. If I did it right it would perfectly seal the chassis with all of the electronics off, and just leave the front and rear bulkhead assembly exposed to the snow, which was super easy to clean off with a compressor. The chassis was dry as a bone every time I went out. Only problem was the esc got a little hot in there, but all it needed was to be geared down a little. That thing was a snow monster. Just had to go easy on the throttle in the deep stuff.

Personally, I think it would be REALLY fun to get a brushless one of these:
