Moving the upper mount has a less influence. Here it comes to what kind of setup you like. Having the front shocks upright and rear shocks inclined makes your car more responsive and agile in front while the rear will follow good. Having the front shocks inclined and the rear ones upright will give you understeer.
That is the theory, in the end you have to test it on track.
