The Race directer then has to start them a little quicker and not be interupted by other racers while doing so, we are still figuring out just how quick to get them going since the racers wanted to be started IFMAR for on-road to space them out. The racers also have to get use to being ready to go when told to or it holds up the racers going behind them as I have witnessed that being a problem also.
