Just get the paypal mastercard then you can do all the transactions you want. You don't have to use the card either they just figure you will.
i do, but cant make transaction through paypal with. if someone here takes credit cards then i can, but cant send or receive anything through paypal untill i send them all the crap they want AGAIN! i also have the paypal debit card, just glad they let me take out what i had in there at the ATM !!!! or i would really be flam'in
