No that's inline a bigger head, is providing more cooling with a bigger heat sink.

I was looking even at the idea of a 1 or 2 inch electric fan to blow air into or away from the engine.

It's more aobut looking and seeing hwo have tried this and what the temp reading was with doing it and certainly a bigger head, would to me also have the temps down.
